Delivery and returns policy

As stated on our labels, these relishes contain chilli peppers and the heat can sometimes be quite intense. If you're unsure about how much to use, begin by using the relishes sparingly until you find a comfortable level for your taste buds.

Please keep your relishes refrigerated as soon as your receive them. Even if you don't open them immediately; keeping them chilled helps to extend their shelf life.

 

Delivery

Subject to availability, we aim to despatch all our products in perfect condition by the end of the next working day after your order is received.

Mainland UK addresses: Orders up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail. Orders of 2kg and over will be sent by Parcelforce or equivalent. 

Outside Mainland UK (including Channel Islands and British Overseas Territories): We are endeavouring to make ordering on our website easier for customers who want their orders sent to addresses outside mainland UK. Whilst we work on this, please email your order stating your delivery address to info@giftyschilli.co.uk or call us on +44 7954 402 381 and we will get a quote on the postage to you as soon as practicable.
